Itinerary :

DAY 1

Marrakech - Ouarzazate - Daraa Valley - Zagora
You will depart from Marrakech towards the South of Morocco, driving through the famous pass of Tiz inn Tichka.The mountainous scenery and ksour and douar Berber, are breathe taking. You will stops to take pictures and feel the breath of fresh Atlas air. The next step is the Ait Ben Haddou’s Ksar, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, an architectural jewel of great importance. We will continue to Ouarzazate, a former caravan center, you can enjoy there some free time and eat in a typical restaurant with a panoramic view under the kasbah of Taourte. Ouarzazate is home to two film studios: CLA Studios Morocco, and Atlas Corporation Studios, the world’s largest movie studio,great movies like Gladiator and Babel, Jesús de Nazaret have been filmed in Ouarzazate. We will also make a stop at the Kasbah of Tifoultoute. After Tizi n’Tinifift we will follow the valley of the Draa from the city of Agdez. The landscape offers magnificent palm groves punctuated with Ksours and Douars and a beautiful architecture of adobe. Arrival to Zagora where you will spend the night in a 3 * hotel in half board

DAY 2

Zagora - Alnif - Arfoud - Merzouga
After breakfast we will drive 20 km to visit to Tamegroute, the center of pottery, and the famous Koranic school, which carries over 4000 ancient religious and scientific books, some of which have been written in gold ink on gazelle skins. We will continue the journey towards Arfoud, cross the wadi of Draa and the Massif Bougafer. Before arriving to Tazzarine and Alnif you will have a free time to eat and rest. The road to Merzouga is lined with palm groves, oases, Kasbahs, and typical adobe houses. You will drive on one of the most beautiful roads of Morocco also known as the road of 1000 kasbahs!From Rissani it will be 50 km to reach Merzouga and if the weather allows it we will stop to savor a cup of tea. In the afternoon, you will ride a camelto the dunes and bivouac, you will enjoy a breath taking sunset before reaching your Berber tent where you will spend the night and have a succulent diner.

DAY 3

Merzouga - Rissani - Khasbat Taourirt - Ouarzazate

Before the sunrise, the bivouac staff will awaken us early to climb the sand dunes to take some fantastic photos of the sunrise.After breakfast we will head to Tinghir and the Todra Gorges.

You will havesome free time to walk in the Todra gorges, then we will continue our trip, passing through Boumalen Dades and the Berber village of El Kelaa des M’Gouna. Then we will go to the rose valley in Kalaa des Megouna, famous for its annual festival of roses and oasis of Skoura from (17th century). You will get to visi the former residence of the pacha El Glaoui who was also known as the lord of the Atlas.You will arrive to Ouarzazate in the afternoon

DAY 4

Ouarzazate - Taznakht – Taliouine- Taroudant

From Ouarzazate, we will travel approximately 35 kilometers to the « Ait Ben Haddou » Kasbah, which was constructed in the 11th century and originally served as a caravan route between the Sahara desert and Marrakesh. It is situated on a hill near the Ounila river, and despite the fact that wind and rain have completely destroyed much of it, it is still the most well-known building in Morocco. Only a small group—roughly five families—remain in the area surrounding the Kasbah; the rest have been relocated to a more contemporary settlement.Then we will travel to Taznakht, known for its berber rugs and carpets. We will also go through lovely scenery before stopping for lunch at Taliouine, the center of Morocco’s saffron growing region, where there is also a wonderful small museum on the art of saffron cultivation. You will go to Taroudant after lunch, where you will spend the night.

DAY 5

Taroudant -Agadir -Essaouira

This morning we will tour Taroudant, also known as “The Little Marrakesh,” which is remarkable for the splendor of its Medina and its enormous ramparts. In our 6-day trip, you will also explore the Argane groves, the Souss River Valley, and The Paradise Valley. To get to Essaouira, we will drive past Taghzout and across mountains. We will have a few hours to explore the town, Scala, the kasbah, and the Medina before checking into a hotel for the night. During this time, we will visit the seaside with all of its fresh fish eateries, and explore Medina. Finally check in at the hotel to spend the night

DAY 6

Essaouira - Marrakech

You’ll have free time on the final day if you want to learn more about Essaouira or savor its fresh fish. As the culmination of our 6-day trip, we will carry on to Marrakech and pause in the famous Argan tree forest to observe the cooperative of Argan oil producers. Finally arrive at Marrakech and drop off at your accommodation, end of our services
