Itinerary :
DAY 1
On the first day of your Casablanca Sahara Tours, our team will pick you up from the airport, to have a tour in the big city, discovering its spectacular Mosque built on the ocean, the famous Hassan II Mosque.
Then, we will start heading towards Rabat, the Moroccan capital. Upon our arrival, your professional driver would introduce you to the Hassan II Tower, The Kasbah of Oudaya, the mysterious Chellah Gardens and other fascinating sites and monuments. Next, we will drive towards Chefchaouen, the famous Blue City of Morocco in the Rif Mountains.
On our way, we’re going to stop in Rabat“the capital city” ? for lunch time and enjoy the beautiful coastal city. In the afternoon we will continue our way to Chefchaouen.
DAY 2
The next morning, we’re going to have a tasty breakfast in this beautiful blue town hidden in the mountains. You can quite see the whole city in the top of the high entrance of the city. We will certainly enjoy the calm atmosphere and the pure fragrance of the Rif Mountains. Chefchaouen is the blue pearl of Morocco where everything is painted in blue creating the most relaxing and captivating feeling.
DAY 3
In the early morning, we will drive to the ancient Roman wreckage of Volubilis. We’ll spend our morning sightseeing the 2000 years old ruins , taking some pictures of the ancient Roman Empire. Then, having lunch in Moulay Idriss; the sacred city.
Later, we will take you in a tour to explore more the imperial city, Meknes. We will start heading towards Fes city in the evening where we will drop yu in a magical Riad
DAY 4
After breakfast, your guide will pick you up from your Hotel to start exploring the 12th century ancient city.
First, we will visit the Royal Palace and its spectacular Gates, We would also introduce you the oldest Moroccan Jewish Quarter, The Mellah, and the remarkable gardens of Jnane Sbil, to have some clean air, wander through the beautiful trees and flowers, and Moroccan-style fountains.
Next, we will head to the old Medina, to walk through its narrow streets all lined with captivativating traditional shops selling the most beautiful handicrafts. We will take you to the ancient Islamic schools as Madrasa Bou Inania, The Shrine of Moulay Idriss Zerhoun, and the Chouara Tannery. We will also get to discover El Batha Museum, the southern tower (Borj Sud), (Borj Nord) and The Meridin tombs.
We will have our traditional dish for lunch in a traditional restaurant, to taste a fascinating Berber meal, as the food in Fes is the best in the whole country.
We will spend the third night of our Casablanca Morocco tour 8 Days in our historical luxurious Riad.
DAY 5
On the next morning, we will continue our Casablanca Desert Tours by picking up from your Hotel/Riad in Fes, and drive through the beautiful winding roads of the Middle Atlas Mountains.
First, we will stop in Imouzzer, the little Berber village with remarkable green landscapes and flowing rivers. Next, we will continue to Ifrane, “Moroccan Little Switzerland”, to admire the cool Mountains weather and the magnificent French architecture, which gives Ifrane its unique sophisticated touch.
After that, we will drive towards the spectacular Cedar Forest in Azrou, to wander through the highest Cedar trees, have some pure air and feed the little monkeys.
Next, we will pursue to Midelt, the Berber town of rocks, where we will enjoy a tempting Berber Tagine for lunch.
Our final stop would be Merzouga, the authentic Sahara village, where we will take our camels on a memorable camel trek in the high golden Dunes of Erg Chebbi, as we admire the captivating sunset and the fabulous Sahara silence.
We will spend the night in an exotic Desert Camp, gathering around the campfire and staring at fascinating starry night sky.
DAY 6
We turn back to Erfoud , passing behind the High Atlas Mountains on the way to Ouarzazate. Passing through Todra Gorges. And the famous Dades Valley that certainly adds a lovely touch on our journey towards the south.
We will drive towards Ouarzazate along the road of 1,000 meters to Kasbas.We can also visit the ancient Kasbahs in the Palmaris. Then, we will go directly to Ouarzazate, where we can visit this southern town , the “Hollywood of Morocco” where many famous and international movies and series had been produced ( such as Game of Throne ) . Dinner would be in the hotel.
DAY 7
The next day , we’ll go ahead to Marrakech via Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou. But in our way we’ll be passing by the High Atlas Mountains, one of the Moroccan jewels. Also, passing also by other locations which had been seen in movies such as : Prison Break , Lawrence of Arabia, Jesus of Nazareth, and recently The Gladiator.
After lunch, we will drive over the mountains, and the winding road of Tiz In Tichka,to drop you off at your Hotel in Marrakech.
