Ourika Valleys Excursion

Escape the noisy busy city and run to the arms of nature and stillness in this trip we provide.
This trip starts with a drive from Marrakech across the Houz Plains where we are going to explore the process of making the gold liquid: Argan oil. We will get to witness the authenticity of local women making this oil with their bare hands to use it afterward in local dishes or as beauty elixirs.

We will continue to Tnin Ourika and live the experience of trading goods in the local large Berber Souk and snatch some local snacks and fast food dishes. Right after we will continue our trip following the Ourika River and driving next to the stream up to the Berber village of Setti Fatma where most people escape the heat of the day and cool down under the shades of the walnut tree.

You will get the chance to admire this magnificent nature in the hills of the Atlas Mountains. Once we reach the valley, the amount of views of raw nature waiting for us is beyond your thoughts. You can enjoy the sight of the valley and the rivers through it is beyond your imagination. You can also take a hike up the hills to observe the lush green hillside and reach some fascinating waterfalls and enjoy the sound of water stream falling from high altitudes that feel like music to ears.
At the end of the day, we will be going back to Marrakech passing by the streams of rivers alongside the road while enjoying the lights of the golden hour.
